通过对一压电陶瓷驱动的微小机械鱼的结构与特性分析

证明这是一种功耗小

输出放大比大的新型水中驱动器

并提出进一步微小化的设想以及实用化的前景。

Abstract

Micro swimming robot is very useful in many engineering area. A Micro-fish has been devel-oped in the lab by the authors. The paper discusses its mech-animal structure and analyzes itsmechanic models and experimental data.The Micro-fish is looking forward to be a new actua-tor of Micro swimming robot.
