Research on Positioning Using Linearly Frequency-modulated Diode Laser
A new diode laser positioning technique is proposed in this paper.The zero optical-path-difference(OPD) point of a interferometer can be dynamically searched with diode laser’sproperty of linear frequency modulation.Compared to traditional white light positioning
thediode laser positioning interferometer is simplified
and the searching range of the zero OPDpoint has been increased greatly.
