This paper is a rescarch technique report of the TMTV(Tracking and MeasuringTelevision)system which is a subsystem in the full computerized.infrared TVCinetheodolite. The main specifications

constituents and test resultsinside and outside of the TMTV system are given in this paper with a idea of how to improvethis TMTV system.
