    • High-precision adaptive fractional order sliding mode tracking control for piezoelectric platform

    • In the field of piezoelectric platform control, researchers have proposed an adaptive fractional order sliding mode tracking control method, which effectively solves the hysteresis problem and significantly improves the command tracking accuracy. The experimental results show that this method reduces tracking error by over 80%, with an average error of 0.41 micrometers.
