Absolute planar two-dimensional time-grating displacement sensor with multi-frequency magnetic field coupling
“In the field of precision measurement, researchers have designed a new type of absolute planar two-dimensional time grating displacement sensor. Through multi frequency magnetic field coupling technology, it achieves integrated two-dimensional absolute displacement measurement and positioning without the need for power on zeroing. The effective measurement range is 147 millimeters by 147 millimeters, and the original measurement error in the X and Y directions is controlled at around 20 micrometers.”
