    • Stepwise bundle adjustment-based multi-camera vision measurement system

    • In the field of high-precision spatial positioning of dynamic targets, experts have proposed a reconstruction algorithm for multi vision measurement systems based on stepwise beam adjustment, optimizing system parameters and achieving fast operation through FPGA platform. The experimental results show that the average spatial reprojection error of this algorithm is less than 68 μ m, which is superior to the accuracy of direct linear transformation reconstruction algorithm and traditional beam adjustment reconstruction algorithm. This FPGA hardware architecture solution can achieve a processing speed of approximately 40 frame/s for 4 high-definition image data channels simultaneously, meeting the real-time measurement requirements of dynamic target spatial positions.
