    • Research on precise measurement and scene-based algorithm for rolling linear guide rail profile based on line structured light

    • The research progress in improving the manufacturing accuracy of rolling linear guide pairs was introduced. Experts constructed a scenario based improvement algorithm for surface point cloud fitting system, and verified that the measurement accuracy of the measurement system was better than 5 μ m, reaching the SP level measurement standard. This provides theoretical support and technical solutions for high-precision and efficient detection of rolling linear guide surfaces.
