摘要

在理论研究和实验验证的基础上

给出了分离型超声波振动切削的动力学模型及其传递函数表达式

并对其切削稳定性进行了详尽的分析.从理论上论证了分离型超声波振动切削可以抑制切削颤振

其抑振效果由切削系数ψ

唯一确定

这一结论与实验结果相吻合.

Abstract

Based on the theory study and test verification

this paper prese-nts the dynamic model and transfer function of STUVC

and deals with its cutting stability.It is proved by the proposed theory that STUVC is able to reduce the chatter effectively and the reducing effect is only determind by the cutting coefficient ψ

.These conclusions are verified by the test results.
