Abstract

Fine and ultraprecision technology are one of the most development trend of machining. This paper describes the appliance of the granite in the high precision apparatus and its characteristics in details. The processing methods

the final finished accuracy and a kind of granite airfloat guides structure are briefly introduced. It will play a positive role for the granite spreading and application.
