摘要

柔性铰链可以实现微小线位移和角位移

用途十分广泛.但是其转角刚度计算比较复杂.本文通过柔性铰链的受力简图推导出了单轴柔性铰链的转角刚度计算公式

并将之编制成BASIC语言程序

利用计算机就可以很轻松地计算出柔性铰链的转角刚度.

Abstract

Flexible hinge can realize micro displacement of linear and angle by revolving around its axis

so its usage is widely. One of important performances of flexible hinge is its angle stiffness. When angle stiffness of flexible hinge has been calculated

its displacement can be controlled easily. Hence

acquiring angle stiffness of flexible hinge is very important for its application. However

the angle stiffness is difficult to calculate

especially by manual methods. This article concludes the formula of angle stiffness of single axis flexible hinge by its force diagram. In order to simplify the calculating process the article makes a program for the formula

with which the angle stiffness of single axis flexible hinge can be calculated easily.
