Vibration vision measurement and wavelet neural network control of flexible hinged plate
“A new solution has been proposed for the vibration problem of flexible thin plate structures for spacecraft powered solar panels. Experts have constructed a vibration measurement and control experimental platform for binocular vision system, using binocular stereo vision technology to detect vibration, and designed an autoregressive wavelet neural network controller (SRWNNC) to suppress vibration. By calibrating the binocular vision system and using image processing algorithms, the three-dimensional coordinates of the vibration signal were successfully obtained. The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of the binocular vision sensor for vibration signals is less than 0.1 mm, and the vibration suppression effect of SRWNNC is also better than that of the high gain PD controller. This study not only validates the accuracy and effectiveness of binocular vision vibration detection and SRWNNC vibration suppression, but also provides a new solution for vibration control of flexible thin plate structures in spacecraft.”
