MTF是CCD主要参数之一

它直接影响CCD的设计和使用的前途。本文介绍了一种测量CCD MTF的方法并测量了美国仙童公司143/CCD的肘TF特性曲线。

Abstract

MTF is one of the main specifications of CCD and has a most important influence on the applications and designe development of CCD. This paper presents a way to test MTF of CCD and the measured MTF performance of 143/CCD made by Fairchild company USA.
