Research of Properties、Structure and Preparation of Aluminium-Magnesium Alloy Film
This paper describes the preparation technology of aluminium-magnesium alloy film in detail
and gives the test reults and methods for observation and measurement of mechanical performance
structurs and composition of the alloy film. We have found that the mechanical performance of aluminium-2% magnesium alloy film is better than that of alumlnium film through experiments. (The cpability of antl-nolse destruction is 131 db for aluminium film while 137 db for film Al-2% Mg alloy film. As regarding the cepcbility of antl-vlbratlon destruction
when frequency is 50-150Hz the peak amplitude of acceleration which the film can bear is 5fi for A1 film and 7g forAl-2% Mg alloy film). The reason for its’ fine performance from analysis of the composition and structure is that Al-2% Mg alloy film is a phase solid solutiion
