日本东北大学科学计测研究所波岡武教授(Prof. T. Namioka)领导的光学与光谱学研究室近年来在真空紫外—软X射线波段光谱仪器光学设计与评价

非周期性多层膜制备

等离子体光谱学和激光光谱学方面取得了许多丰硕的研究成果

在日本国内外有很大影响。本文对此作一简要介绍和评述。

Abstract

During last few years some important progresses in optical design and evaluation of VUV spectrometer

multi-layered coatings for VUV and soft X-ray ranges grating ruling

plasma spectroscopy and laser spectroscopy have been got at optics and spectroscopy division which is headed by prof. Namioka and belongs to Research Institute for Scientific Measurements

Tohoku University

Japan. These achievements have produced great impacts on VUV and soft X-ray research field at home and abroad This paper will give a brief introduction and description about these aspects.
