摘要

本文首先简要地回顾了非晶半导体的历史和近年来含氢非晶硅瞋的迅速进展。接着分析了含氢非晶硅作为电视摄像管靶面的可能性和优点。并且用实际结果证明采用这种靶面的管子具有如下优良的性能:高分辨率(高于800电视行)、高灵敏度(100nA/lx、700μA/lm)、适合于彩色电视摄像的光谱灵敏度等。最后还提到了尚待解决的问题和讨论了非晶硅靶摄像管实用化的可能性。

Abstract

This paper firstly gives a brief review about the history of amorphous semiconductor and the rapid progress in hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) film in recent years. Following that

the possibility and advantage of a-Si:H film to be applied to the target of TV camera tube are shown.It has been demonstrated that the TV camera tube using the a-Si:H film target have prospective performances

such as high resolution (more than 800 TV Lines)

high sensitivity (100nA/lx

700μA/lm). favorable spectral response for colour TV. At last

the unsolved problem is mentioned and the practical possibility for the use of the a-Si:H camera tube is discussed.
