Abstract

This paper discussed the principle

main features of the type GZ105 CCD Scan Camera and the principium of circuit design. The correlated double sampling (CDS) technique was used in type G2105 CCD Scan Camera in order to depress the reset noise and disturbances concerned with clock pulses. The operation of CDS block diagram of the circuit and the experimental data are given. The test results of the Type GZ105型 CCD Scan Camera are included at the end of this paper.
