Abstract

This paper introduces the fabrication technics of laser gratings with large blazed angles for 600 grooves/mm used for the tunable dye lasers. It analyses the polarization effect

calculates the Wood’s anomalies which often influences the blaze efficiences. At the same time

it also provides the ruling parameters and the absolute efficiences of polarize lights

the ηE_ max is 86% and the ηE⊥ max is 59%.
