Abstract

The effect of SiO

on the crystallization and phase separation of the glasses was studied by means of DTA

LAXS

SEM and HTPOM etc. Owing to the replacing of B

by SiO

astructural change occured in the glass system is similar to the results of abnormal phenomena of "Boron-Aluminium". It has been found that glasses in the abnormal region were with a characteristic of low refractive index

ultihigh dispertion and better anticrystallization.
