Photo-Electric Moir镕ringe Signals with High Orthogonality Relation
A pair of photo-electric orthogonal Moir? fringes is necessary for the electronic interpalotion of Moir? fringe signals.This paper describes four ki-nds of reasons leading to separated-phase error and the methods of elimina-ting these separated-phase error.A result with separated-phase error less than 0.5癶as been obtained in a circular dividing calibrating instrument.
