Abstract

Optical instrument design analysis has been accomplished by integrating computer-aided numerical method in this system Thermal

inechanical and optical computer analysis progrems on M-160 have been interfaced into a process by interfaced programs. It solves usually problems in optical instrument engineering.Thermal mechanical optical parts and opposite position deformation has been analysed
