摘要

对我们研制的Penning型气体放电真空紫外光源的电学、光谱学特性做了全面测试。测试结果表明

该光源填补了通常的软X射线源和气体放电光源之间的波段空隙

是一种适于实验室开展XUV波段光谱学研究工作的光源。

Abstract

The electric and spectroscopic characters of a Penning discharge VUV source developed in the institute have been measured. The results of the measurements proved that this source can produce a great number of intense lines which cover the spectral gap between soft X-ray and VUV therefore

it is particularity adapted to the use in the XUV spectral region.
