摘要

本大根据Michael P. Chrisp的全息环面光栅系统波像差理论

重新推导了平面对称光橱系统的像差系数

使理论的适用范围延伸到多种面形(环面、抛物面、椭球面等)所组成的系统.应用上述公式

本文建立了适用于各种面形的光学系统像差计算程序

并对若干平面光栅单色器实例进行了分析计算.结果表明

该方法对设计分析这种系统是十分有效的.

Abstract

In this paper

We deduced the coefficients of wave front aberration for plane symmetric grating system combined with in more kinds of sur- face figure(toroid

Parabaloid

ellipsoid etc)

according to Micheal P. Chrisp's wave front aberration thory of holographic toroidal grating system and have worked out the calculation programs with respect to the coefficients.We have also done calculations for several Plane grating mono- chrometers.It has shown that the method is very effective for design and analysis of these system.
