In this paper

the method of solid modeling 3D parametric design used for optical parts is researched based on general principle for concept design

and software S7k inported from Autotrol corp.US has been redeveloped.In order to combine with engineering design

the Houow Axis Encoder and TVC are taken as examples in which all of the parts are designed by parametric design

and all of the application program are compiled.Some drawings designed by parametric method are plotted by computer and plotter.
