摘要

火箭发动机涡轮泵高速齿轮

要求可靠性高。涡轮泵齿轮的制造工艺必须使齿轮具有高的强度和韧性

无潜在缺陷、因加工引起的内应力低、加工表面质量好、尺寸与形状精度高等特性。涡轮泵齿轮制造的最重要工序为精磨齿。文中对磨齿的工艺基准、磨齿裕量、磨齿用量和防止齿面烧伤等问题做了分析

并提出了相应的最佳结果。

Abstract

It is necessary to have high reliability for high speed gears in rocket engine. By special manufacturing technologies gears must be maken with high strength and toughness

no latent defects

low residual stresses issued from machining procedure

good surface quality

high machining precision on both size and shape etc.The precision grinding of teeth is the most important process in manufacturing gears for turbine pump. For teeth grinding the technology base

allowance

parameters and preventing teeth surface from burning are analyzed and optimum conditions are given in this paper.
