摘要

本文推导了发散光照明幅光栅产生的莫尔条纹方程

并讨论了三种特殊的莫尔条纹轨迹。最后

根据条纹方程讨论影响条纹附加位移的因素及消除方法。

Abstract

In this paper we describe the equation of Moire fringes obtained for amplitude gratings illuminated by scatting light. And we show three spesial cases of Moire fringe locuses. Finaly according to the equation

we discuss the facts that affect the extra displacement

and the methods to eliminate the extra displacement .
