摘要

本文对变速车削过程电机电流瞬时变化特征进行了较系统的研究。理论分析和试验结果证明

采用变速车削加工

电机瞬时电流确有一定程度的波动和增长

如果变速参数取得合适

电机瞬时电流的增长幅度在20%左右

不影响电机的正常使用

电机瞬时电流的波动问题不是推广应用变速车削方法的限制性因素。

Abstract

The varying characteristics of motor instantaneous current in vari-speed cutting are dis-cussed in this paper.The theoretical analysis and experimental results demonstrate that themotor current has some fluctuation in vari-speed cutting process

but it is almost no effect onnormal operation of motor because the increase amplitude of motor instantaneous current isabout 20 percent if the vari-speed parameters is appropriate.It is not restrictive factor to popularize vari-speed cutting.
