摘要

本文讨论动力学参数估计的频域方法

及其在机电系统的测量、仿真、补偿及控制中的应用。频域建模可表述为一种由谱估计和参数估计相结合的两步算法。在传感器、执行器和精密机械系统中有一些较成功的应用。

Abstract

This paper addresses an approach for dynamic parameters estimation in frequency domain. First

an outline of frequency domain modeling and its development is presented.The approach discussed here involes two step algorithm:an estimate of the spectral density function from input-output signals of a linear system and an estimate of its dynamic parameter from frequency response data obtained in the first step.Some parameter estimation algorithms are derived by minimizing a unified from of loss function using different selections of weights. At last

wide variety of application in electromechanical systems such as measurement

simulation

compensation and control is fuly discussed.
