摘要

根据近年来光互连对光栅衍时模式的要求

对矩型位相光栅进行了结构设计

以产生只含有0级和±1级

或只含有±1级的两种特殊的衍射模式

分别用于实现光学蝶形互连或操纵器网络互连等。论文给出了详细的计算和实验结果。

Abstract

This paper designs rectangular phase grating in structure in terms of interconnection requirements for diffration patterns to give rise to two types of special diffraction patterns thatonly include the zeroth order and ?1 order or only ?1 order for implementing optical butterfly interconnection and manipulator network.The Paper gives detail calculetion and experiment results.
