In the approach of spherical lattic cell
central-field
and relativistic Fermi statistic approximations
an average atom model is presented to calculate the wavelength of 2S→2P X-ray laser transition for Ne-Like Zn ion under the condition of high density and high temperature using the self-consistent field method.
