摘要

着重阐述高速轴承家族的一颗新星一磁悬浮轴承。第一部分讲述磁悬浮轴承的工作原理及其分类

磁悬浮轴承的特点及国内外对这项技术的研究与应用现状

并预测它的发展前景;第二部分结合具体生产实践

提出一种混合径向磁悬浮轴承的设计

对径向被动磁轴承部分进行了定性分析

对其工作稳定性和可靠性进行了理论论证

详细讨论了各种因素对其径向稳定性

轴向稳定性和横轴稳定性的影响

提出了消除这些影响的方法与措施

通过计算机数值分析掌握了磁环几何参数对磁轴承径向刚度的影响

并对磁轴承的径向刚度进行校核

对轴向主动磁轴承部分给出一种完全新型结构和控制方法

具有结构紧凑、控制电路简单、方便实用的特点。本文为混合磁悬浮轴承的设计提供了一定的理论基础

按此设计原理和计算公式

可设计出多种负载能力的径向混合磁悬浮轴承。

Abstract

This paper first tell a story of a dream bearing-magnetic bearings. The content containsprinciple of operaticn

advantages

appliacation in modern industry

developmetn and presentsituation. Then give a detaied design procedure of a new type actiue radial magneticbearing which is radially passive and axially active. By analysing the relation between the dimensions of the permanent magnetized body of the radial passive magnetic bearing and theradial stiffness using computer

the relative curves are given out in the end

this paper theoretically analyses the radial stability

axial stability and cross-axis stability of the magneticbearincg system.
