摘要

叙述了实时图像激光雕刻的微机控制;给出了驱动和控制帧捕捉器、激光调Q开关、扫描振镜和步进电机的软、硬件设计;对影响雕刻精度的因素进行了初步的分析。系统对多种工艺件的图像、纪念标的雕刻具有较大的实时性和灵活性。

Abstract

This thesis describes the microcomputer control of real-time image's laser engraving.Hardware and software's design to drive and control video frame capture

laser Q-switch

viberation mirror and step-by-step motor is provided.The factors to affect engraving accuaracyare analysed in preliminary.In this system

image and label can be engraved timely and flexi-bility on various workpiece.
