摘要

冰洲石是一种昂贵的光学晶体材料

由于其完善的解理性和脆性而难于加工。依靠传统的纯机械加工方法常常导致生产率低下和废品率增高。随着科学技术的进步

冰洲石晶体的加工技术有了较大的发展。本文概述了国内外关于冰洲石晶体加工技术的现状及存在的主要问题

并着重介绍了近年来的新发展。提出了当前急需解决的研究课题。对深入开展这方面的研究及生产实践具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract

Iceland spar is a kind of valuable opticalcrystal. It is very difficult to machine this crystaldue to its perfect cleavage and brittleness. Conventional machining methods used in produc-tion often result in low productivity and high reject rate。 The machining techniques for ice-land spar make a great advance as technological progress. In this paper

the present situationof machining techniques for iceland spar crystal at home and abroad and existing problemsare reviewed. Aslo

new development in recent years is introduced.Immediate problemsneed to be solved at present are proposed. This paper provides guides for further researchand production practices
