摘要

本文在压电微马达动力学基本原理的基础上

运用C语言编写了其动力学仿真程序

进行了压电微马达的动力学模拟.其次

本文提出了压电微马达的动力学测量原理

对压电微马达样机进行了动力学模型实验

从而验证了压电微马达动力学原理及其仿真结论的正确性.

Abstract

Based on the ftlndamental mechanism of piezoelectric micromotors in dynamics

asoftware to analyze piezoelectric micromotors in dynamics has been worked out

andsimulatipn of piezoelectric micromotors in dynamics has been carried out. Then measurement'mechanism of piezoelectric nlicromotors in dynamics has been advanced

the experiment ofpiezoelcctric micromotors in dynamics has been done

and the conclusions of mechanism andsimulation of piezoelectric micromotors in dynamics have been tested and verified.
