Fiber-optic Sensing of Temperature Based on Light Reflected from Semiconductor Surface
The use of the reflectance of semiconductor surface changing with temperature to makefiber-optic temperature sensor is described.The measuring range of the sensor is 20℃ to200℃.It's responsive time constant is less than three seconds and it's sensitivity limit is 1℃.The structure of the sensor is simple.It's output has a switch property.
