介绍了在普通平面磨床上采用ELID(Electro lytic In-Process Dressing)磨削技术

对光学玻璃进行唐削

加工出准光学表面的工艺方法

磨削了K9和微晶玻璃

表面粗糙度达到

1μm.还对加工过程中的一些现象作了进一步探索.

Abstract

A technological process

Electolytic In-process Dressing(ELID)

that the semi-opticalsurface can be received by grinding optical glass on ordinary flat grinder.is introduced. Theauthers have grinded K9 and crystallite glass

and the surface roughness Ra is no more than0.015um

flatness on more than 1um.It also makes a further exploration of some phenomenons during the process.
