摘要

研究了溶胶-凝胶法和spincoating工艺制备染料/ORMOSIL、染料/聚合物薄膜的制备工艺、结构、光学性质及光存储性能及其相互关系。研究表明:Pr4VOPc(四丙基取代钒氧酞菁)-PMMA-四氯乙烷溶液和菁染料-PVA(聚乙烯醇)-二丙酮醇溶液都为牛顿型液体。IP12-D101-PVA薄膜获得了58dB的载噪比CNR

记录过程中

载波信号强度C、CNR和记录前后薄膜反射率变化R的对数存在线性关系。四个丙基的引入加大了VOPc(钒氧酞菁)分子的体积

增强了空间阻碍效应

使得Pr4VOPc分子的相变行为和光学、光谱性质发生一系列较大变化。

Abstract

The preparation procedure

Optical properties and performances of cyanine-polymer films

phthalocyanine-polymer films and phthalocyanine-ormosil (organic modified silicate)films

were studied in this paper. Both of cyanine-PVA(polyvinyl alcohol)-diactone alcohol solution and phthalocyanine-PMMA (polymethyal rnethacrylate)-tetrachloroethane sfllution are Newtianian liquid

sol large and uniform cyanine-PVA and Phthalocyanine-PMMA firns can be obtained by spin-coating process. Far YP12-D1Q1-P}IA film

58 dB CNh were obtained at opfimurn recording condition(2 m/s

5.5 mVP).Eoth of C and CNR were linearly related to lg of reflectance change of the film before and after recording. The introduction of four propyl groups into VOPc molecule has great effect an the phase transition behavior .spectroscopic and optical properties.
