以往对于凸轮轮廓曲线的加工
采用简易数控铣床
将设计给出的轮廓曲线上各点的坐标逐一输入数控系统
不仅花费时间较长而且容易出错
导致加工精度低
很难达到设计的要求.本文介绍了在UWF1202H加工中心
利用TNC426数控系统的参数编程功能直接将理论计算的程序转化为数控加工程序
由数控系统计算凸轮轮廓曲线各点坐标
从而快速加工出高精度凸轮轮廓曲线.
Cam mechanism is used for various machine and instrument.To mill the cam contour curve
a simply NC milling machine was used in the past. It took a long time to make a program
and the precision was lower.This paper introduces
in UWF1202H machining center
using parameter programming function of TNC426 system to make a NC program directly
and machining high precision cam contour curve quickly.
