推导出变形反射镜薄镜面产生变形时的应力分布计算公式

利用该公式、简化的应力公式以及有限元法分别对61单元和37/55单元变形反射镜薄镜面工作时的最大应力进行了计算

对计算结果进行了比较和分析。

In this paper

stress distribution formulas of deformable thin mirror are gotten.By using these formulas、simplified formulas and Finite Element Method(FEM)

thestresses of two types of deformable mirrors(61-actuator and 37/55-actuator)are calculated

the results are compared and analyzed.
