首先提出一种对微小扭矩进行非接触、动态测量的新方法

在各种原理实验的基础上。设计了一套测试装置

应用本实验装置对一种微小电机进行了实际测量。

Abstract

This paper presents a new

noncontact and dynamic method to measure micro torque. The measure instrument is designed on the base of the fundamental experiments. Using this instrument

the results of the torque and velocity characters of a micro-motor are obtained.
