摘要

通过对鼓形齿轮理论齿面方程确定各原始参数

建立条件法判断条件

揭示了滚刀垂直进给量、齿坯摆动次数对实际齿面形成的影响规律。理论分析的结果对实际加工中选定加工参数将有指导意义。

Abstract

After the theory surface equation of crown gear is determined

further

we give the original data and set up the condition of the judge way.The paper discovers the effect rules on the real surface conform with the hob vertical cutting amount and the gear swing times.It is important meaning in the reality process.
