摘要

以DRAM控制器的设计为例

介绍了在系统可编程技术。基于美国Latice半导体公司的ispLSI器件

提出了DRAM控制器的设计方法

并利用ISP Synario Sys-tem软件对系统进行了仿真。

Abstract

In this paper

we introduce the ISP(In System Programmability)by example of the DRAM controller design. We present the design method of DRAM controller based on the ispLSI devices of Lattice Semiconductor Corporation. Through the Verilog Simulator of ISP Synario System

we simulate the DRAM controller system.
