摘要

介绍了测头成像视觉坐标测量系统中多特征点的图像获取及其多目标分割

提出了利用双线性插值的质心算法来获得特征点成像中心的位置

并从误差分析角度证明了通过插值增加特征点图像采样点数可以提高质心算法精度。通过试验验证了所提算法的正确性和可行性。

Abstract

The study introduces characteristic point image obtain in probe imaging vision coordinate measuring system

proposes centroid algorithm using bilinear interpolation and proves it can improve accuracy of centroid algorithm by increase points.The experiments have show the validity and feasibility of the arithmetic.
