摘要

论述线阵CCD技术及其在几何尺寸测量中的应用

对线阵CCD的特点和信号的处理方法给予较为详细的论述。特别是CCD信号的二值化问题

提出自己的实现方法。并结合这一技术在马钢初轧厂连轧坯测长和配尺应用的实例

进一步论述这一技术在大尺寸测量中的具体应用。

Abstract

This paper discusses the line array CCD technology and the application in geometric measure

and discusses characteristic of the line array CCD and the method of signal process.The paper puts forward the practical method of the CCD signal dichotmy.Combining the CCD technology with the application of measurement and size allocation for Maanshan Iron and Steel Corp.

it discusses the practical application of this technology in big size measurement.
