In condition of the average square root undulation of scattering surfaces smaller than the incident waveleength
the deviation produced by two and more than two order perturbations is cauculated and the accuration of cauculating roughness parameter of scattering surfaces from differential angular distribution of scattering field is analysed in this paper.
