结合光机结构的设计与制造

提出了C4P综合体系

对其基本组成部分做了论述

并给出一个实例的软硬件构成。最后简略叙述了C4P综合设计与制造体系的实现策略。

Abstract

A C4P synthesis design/manufacture system is presented for opti mechanics structure. Each part of the system is stated and an example by terms of software and hardware is given. Finally

strategies to realize a C4P system are stated briefly.
