摘要

在循环递推法基础上加入随机数运算

得到一种简易、精度高、有较高实用价值的多层发射膜设计方法。给出了设计步骤

进行了一系列多层膜设计。通过比较

这种方法与复振幅平面法所得结果非常接近

甚至有的多层膜的设计结果更好。

Abstract

It this paper

a new design method of multilayered mirrors as reflector for soft X-rays is proposed.It based on the traditional recurrence relation method

with calculation of random numbers.The technqiue gives a high accuracy and it is easy to operate

so it has practical value in production.This paper gives the design step and a series of results designed by this method.It is similar to that designed by layer-by-layer method

even better at some wavelengths.
