摘要

介绍一种高精度电子秤的数据采集系统

给出了系统的硬件电路和软件设计。分析了系统的工作原理;较详细地讨论了信号调理模块中的应变转换问题

给出了一种抗干扰能力强、并能消除称重时偏心影响的并联组秤方式;重点讨论了信号预放以及滤波电路设计中应该考虑的问题及其对策;最后讨论了系统的软硬件抗干扰设计。

Abstract

The paper introduces a data sampling system of high precision electronic steelyard

and also presents the design of hardware and software work principles of the data sampling system

especially

the design of strain-transition

forward signal amplifier and filter. Finally

the paper gives an anti interference design of the hardware and software.
