Color correction in computer color image reproduction system
The paper discusses color correction issues in color scanners and CRT based on the Dunhuang Mural's computer storage and management work. In order to avoid man-made influence in quantitative and subjective adjustment methods
it presents an effective CRT calorimetric prediction method and a new color correction model with multi-constraint factors. The correction effects are evaluated by the color difference formula ΔE in the CIE1976(
L·a· b·
) uniform color space
and the results indicate that the combination of the prediction method and the correction model can achieve an objective
quantitative and whole correction for the color distortions caused by all kinds of factors. The model can be widely used in computer color image restoration system.
