摘要

介绍了一种操作杆控制微操作系统的三维运动的新方法

其利用一种通用的操纵杆

基于windows环境下

通过对微操作系统的步进电机部分进行细分控制和操纵杆特性参数的设定

利用立体视觉成像系统

实现微操作系统的三维运动精密控制

操作台行程50mm

控制精度可达0.3μm.

Abstract

A new method for controlling micromanipulation system movement in three dimensional way by using a joystick is presented in this paper. In the support of a Windows operating system

a universal kind of joystick is used to control a stepping motor in the subdivision mode

and the characteristic parameters of the joystick are set to make the three dimensional micromanipulation system move accurately.
