某型导弹填装车为发射车自动装弹前

需要获得两车之间精确的相对位置关系参数.介绍了一种非接触三维位置测量系统

该系统由一组面阵CCD探测器、实时图像处理及快速数据解算系统组成

对三卤钨灯目标与测量系统之间x、y、z、α、β、γ的相对位置关系进行测量

介绍了测量原理

推导出了参数计算公式.实验表明

此系统测量精度满足用户要求

为非接触三维位置测量提供了新的思路.

Abstract

To load a missile on the emissive vehicle automatically

the positional relationship between the emissive vehicle and loading vehicle must be acquired. A non-contact 3-D position measurement system is introduced in the article. The system is composed of a planar array CCD detector and real time image processing and quick data calculating system

which can survey the positional relationship between the 3-lamp objects on the emissive vehicle and the measuring system on the loading vehicle. The principle of the measurement is discussed

and the parameter calculating equation is derived. The experiments show that the measuring precision meets the requirements by the user.
